Mold remediation in fitness center crawlspace

The crawlspace of this fitness center had some moisture build up over time. This moisture created the perfect environment for mold growth. The center's property management team decided to call SERVPRO of Englewood/East Littleton for mold remediation services. We arrived and after we assessed the damage, the first thing we did was to build the containment chamber. The purpose of this chamber is to protect the unaffected areas of the facility. Mold spores are microscopic and can become airborne during the remediation process. By setting up containment chamber we can prevent these microscopic particles from spreading through the air to un affected areas.
